The month of June proved to be a good one for Simley wrestling. 
Here are a few of the happenings in the past month:

-7 Simley wrestlers traveled to St. Paris, Ohio to attend the Jordan State Champ Camp.  Got 4 days of intense training with great competition from around the U.S.

-Quayin Short dominated Cadet National Duals by going undefeated

-Jake Gliva had a great showing at Junior National Duals beating two of the nation's highly ranked wrestlers in the age group.

-Gavin Nelson competed very well in Schoolboy National Duals beating multiple triple crown winners from other states

-Gavin Nelson won the Greco USAW National championship, and placed 3rd in the Freestyle division

-Greg Kerkvliet will compete on July 2nd and 3rd for a second UWW Cadet World Championship

Also, the Fargo Cadet and Junior National Championships are around the corner, so stay tuned for more highlights from the summer
