Gavin Nelson and Landan DuVal wrestled on April 14th and 15th at the Heartland Duals which is a national dual tournament for youth through middle school wrestlers.  The 2 Simley wrestlers competed in the Middle School division, on two separate teams in which they were invited to join out of a pool of all Minnesota middle school wrestlers.  

DuVal wrestled for the MN Thunder team that placed 7th as a team in a pool of 30 teams.  Landan went 5-2 in the tournament.

Nelson wrestled for the MN Storm team that placed 3rd, and Gavin went 4-3 in the tournament.
