Inver Grove Heights Middle School wrestling will start on November 1st, 2017.  Middle school is a great time to begin wrestling and learn the skills needed to be a part of a future state championship caliber team!  The team has two coaches and meets everyday for practice  from 2:45-4:00.  Also, there are wrestling matches against other middle schools in the area on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
