Middle School Wrestling Registration
Registration has begun for middle school wrestling. Registration forms are available in the main office, counseling office, from your Phy Ed teacher, or Mr. O'Donnell the athletic director.

All athletes must have a current sports physical to begin practice. Athletes must have a sports physical every three years. Here is a link to the 2008-09 Physical Exam Form, forms can also be picked up from the middle school nurse. Completed phyical forms can be turned in to Mr O'Donnell or the nurse.
